Marinade for Beef, Pork or Chicken

Meats Marinade 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Oil
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Honey
3 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Red wine vinegar
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Green onion; chopped
1 1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 1/2 lb Flank steak or other meat

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients, except meat, in a glass 9x13 dish. Add meat and
turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 5 hours or more, turning occasionally.
Remove meat from marinade Reserve marinade. Grill or cook meat. Heat
marinade to rolling boil. Pass hot marinade with meat.
