Marinade For Meat And Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

2 T Tamari OR
2 T Low-sodium soy sauce
5 T Water
1 T Dry sherry, or to taste
2 T Apple juice concentrate

INSTRUCTIONS

Here is a good marinade sauce thats low in salt and cholesterol.
METHOD  Combine ingredients in a small bowl 2. Use as a marinade  Makes
3/4 cups.  VARIATIONS  Add 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root, 1/2 to
1 teaspoon fresh  minced garlic, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon grated orange rind,
1/2 teaspoon  Dijon style no-salt added mustard, 1/4 teaspoon sesame
oil or 1/4  teaspoon hot chili oil.  To thicken marinade to be use as
gravy, combine 1 teaspoon cornstarch  or arrowroot and 2 tablespoons
cold water. Combine marinade and  cornstarch mixture in a small
