Marinated Cucumber Salad

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Italian dressing; commercial low-calorie
1/8 ts Pepper
1 md Cucumber; peeled thinly sliced
1/2 sm Onion; thinly sliced
1/4 c Radishes; thinly sliced
2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine Italian dressing and pepper in a medium bowl, stirring well.
Add Cucumber, onion, radishes, and parsley. Toss gently to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Serve salad,
using a slotted spoon.
