Marinated Green Bean Salad (dietetic/diabetic)

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c Dairy sour cream
1/4 c Lo-cal Italian salad
dressing
2 Tomatoes, peeled cubed and
drained
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
1 16 oz. cut green beans
drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together yogurt, sour cream, Italian salad dressing. Add tomato,
onion and beans; mix well. Chill 3 or 4 hours before serving. Serve  in
lettuce cup. Yield: 6 1/2 cup servings, 55 calories per serving.
Exchanges per serving: 1 vegetable, 1/2 fat. Posted to Digest
