INGREDIENTS

1 cn Spam luncheoun meat – (7 oz); cut into strips
1 c Broccoli florets
1 c Cauliflower florets
1 c Cooked rotini
1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
1/2 c Chopped celery
1 sm Onion; chopped
1/4 c Chopped red bell pepper
1 c Bottled Italian salad dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

In skillet, sauté Spam over medium heat until lightly browned. In large
bowl, combine Spam with next 6 ingredients. Toss with dressing. Cover and
chill several hours.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
