We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

God Himself does not propose to judge a man until he is dead. So why should you?

CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
Condiments, Holidays, Liquor, Family, 1 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 pk Cranberries; (12 ounces)
1 1/2 c Sugar; or more, if needed
Brandy

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash, drain and pick over cranberries. Spread out on a cookie sheet with
sides, or a jelly roll pan. Sprinkle the berries with sugar, trying to coat
evenly. Place the pan just above the middle of the oven and broil, stirring
often. The stirring will prevent the sugar from crystallizing. Continue
broiling until berries have popped, which will take several minutes. Pour
into a clean quart jar and cover the berries with brandy. Stir lightly,
cover and refrigerate. This will keep just about forever (HA!!) in the
fridge. Delicious with your holiday turkey, chicken or pork chops. Makes
about 4 cups.
