Mary’s Cheesy Onion Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Butter
1/2 md Maui onion; grated
2 c Bisquick baking mix
1 c Sour cream
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium skillet melt butter; add onion and saute for 1-2 minutes. Cool.
Add the Bisquick, sour cream and cheddar cheese to the onion/butter mixture
and mix together. The batter will be stiff. Drop by large spoonfuls on a
greased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned in a
400 degree F oven. Onolicious! Me ke aloha, Mary
