INGREDIENTS

Sharp cheddar cheese, (ex. sharp) |

Maui onion, grated |

Sweet pickle relish |

Salt |
| 1/2 |

Macadamia nuts, chopped fine |
| 1/4 |

Fresh parsley, chopped fine |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the mac nuts and parsley and mix well. Shape
into a ball and cover with wax paper. Place in a rice bowl and use as a
mold to make a nice round ball. Chill for several hours. Before serving
roll the ball in a combination of the mac nuts and parsley. This is a
winner! I've never served it but there are all kinds of requests for the
recipe!
