INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingred. Bake about 360 until done.15 min before done spread sauce
on top
Meat LOAF B_BQ sauce: 3 T. brown sugar,1/4 c. catsup. 1 t. dry mustard and
1/4 t. nutmeg. Mix well
