I don't know why some people change churches; what difference does it make which one you stay home from?

Meatball Dinner

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
2 tb Chopped onion
2 tb Chopped green pepper
1/4 c Yellow cornmeal
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Chili powder
1 c Milk
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/4 c Flour
2 tb Shortening
2 c Tomato juice
3 Potatoes; quartered
6 Carrots; halved
12 sm Onions
Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine meat, chopped onions, green pepper, cornmeal, seasonings, milk and
eggs. Mix and form in to 12 balls. Roll each ball in flour and brown in
shortening. Place in loaf pan. Pour soup over. Place vegetables on top.
Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350. Serves 6.
