Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy

INGREDIENTS

—-Meatballs—-
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
1/4 c Milk
1 Egg
1 tb Minced onion
1 ts Parsley
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce –Gravy—-
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1/4 c Milk
1 ts Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all meatballs ingredients together. Shape mixture by rounded
teaspoonfuls into 3/4-inch balls. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 10
minutes, or simmer on medium heat in frypan.
Gravy: Drain drippings. Add one can cream of mushroom soup. Blend in 1/4
cup milk or water. Add 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce. Stir often over
medium heat. Add cooked meatballs. Serve over rice or noodles.
