Mediterranean Shrimp And Bow Ties

INGREDIENTS

6 oz Uncooked bow tie pasta, 3cup
1 T Olive or vegetable oil
1 lb Shrimp, shell devein
1/2 c Green onion, cut in 1/2-inch
pieces
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 t Dried oregano
1/4 t Salt
2 T Lemon juice
1/2 c Sliced ripe olives

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package; drain. Keep
warm. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat  until
hot. Add shrimp, onions, and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5  minutes or
until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat. Add pasta to  skillet with
all remaining ingredients. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until  thoroughly
heated.  Nutrition Information Per Serving: 330 Calories, 10 g Fat, 600
