INSTRUCTIONS

1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 dsp melted butter 2 tsp Jamaica logwood honey 2
tsp mixed spice 1 cup Dragon Jamaican Stout 2 cups flour 3 tsp baking
powder 1 cup dried fruits 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 400f.
1 Dissolve the sugar, butter, syrup and spices in the Dragon Stout on a low
heat.
2 Mix the flour, baking powder and fruit. Beat the eggs and mix all the
ingredients together.
3 Place in a greased and lined tin. Bake for approximately one hour and
serve topped with soft cheese.
