INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the noodles in boiling water for a minute. Drain in a colander
and rinse well with cold water. Squeeze off the excess water. Slice
beef thinly and mix with oyster sauce, soya sauce, pepper and
cornflour. Heat half a tbsp of oil in a wok and fry the noodles for 5
minutes, and transfer onto a serving plate. Heat 1tbsp of oil and add
the garlic and the seasoned beef and fry for 1 minute. Add the stock
and stir. Return the fried noodles and toss till piping hot. Serve
