INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Dry egg noodles
1 tb Soya sauce
1 tb Oyster sauce
1 Teacup stock or water
1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the noodles in boiling water for a minute. Drain in a colander and
rinse well with cold water. Squeeze off excess water.
Preheat the wok or frying pan. Add the oil and move it round the wok, then
add in the noodles and toss until hot.
Add in all the sauces and continue to stir. Lastly add in the stock or
water around the edges of the wok and continue to stir for a further 1
minute.
Remove onto a plate and serve.
