INGREDIENTS

1 Cantaloupe or honeydew melon; peeled, seeded,
; and chopped
1 1/2 c Cold milk
2 c Chopped ice
3 tb Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the fruit with the milk, ice and honey in a blender or food
processor and puree until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve
immediately. This recipe yields 1 quart.
