Melon Trio With Cilantro

INGREDIENTS

1 1/3 c Honeydew melon balls
1 1/3 c Cantaloupe balls
1 1/3 c Casaba melon balls
1/4 c Fresh lime juice
3 T Chopped fresh cilantro
1 T Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine lime juice,
cilantro, and honey in a small bowl; add to fruit mixture, tossing
gently.  Cover mixture, and chill for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Yield: 4  servings (serving size: 1 cup).  Per serving: 58 Calories; 0g
Fat (4% calories from fat); 1g Protein;  15g Carbohydrate; 0mg
