Melted Spam And Cheese Poppyseed Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter or margarine
3 tb Prepared mustard
1 tb Poppy seed
8 sl Cracked wheat bread
1 cn Spam luncheon meat – (12 oz); cut 8 slices
4 sl American cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl, mix together butter, mustard, and poppy
seed. Spread butter mixture on bread slices.
Place 2 slices of Spam on 4 bread slices. Top Spam with 1 slice of cheese.
Cover with remaining bread slices.
Wrap sandwiches in foil. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
