It is the brightest star that ever cast its radiance over the darkened soul, and one that seldom sets in the gloom of morbid fancies and forboding imaginations.

Mexican Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 Whole Chicken
1 pk (Large) Doritos Or Nachos
1 cn Green Chiles; Chopped
2 cn Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 pk Mild cheddar cheese; (10 to 12 ounces)

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil chicken until done. Bone when cool. Break up most of nachos. Dilute
chicken soup with 1/2 can of broth from boiled chicken. Layer broken
nachos, chicken, chiles and chicken soup on top of this, spread the grated
Cheddar cheese on top. Sprinkle with a few of the broken nachos. Bake in a
325 ° oven until it is bubbly. Serve with a salad and remaining nachos.
