INGREDIENTS

4 Hot dogs
1 tb Butter
1 ts Ground cumin
10 oz Frozen kernel corn; thawed
1 Tomato; seeded, chopped
1 c Bottled salsa

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice 4 hot dogs crosswise into wheels. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in
nonstick skillet. Add dogs, 1 teaspoon ground cumin; cook 3 minutes. Add
10-ounce box frozen kernel corn, thawed, and 1 tomato, seeded, chopped;
cook 3 minutes. Stir in 1 cup bottled salsa; heat through. Serve over
cooked rice. Makes 4 servings at 91 cents each.
