Mexican Fruit Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs; large
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Walnuts; chopped
1 cn Pineapple; crushed with juice
1 Cream cheese; softened
1 1/2 c Powdered sugar
1/2 c Butter; softened
1 ts Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

FROSTING
Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at
350 degrees for 34-45 minutes.  Cool completely and frost.  For
Frosting:  mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Moist and DELICIOUS!
