INGREDIENTS

1 cn (6 oz.) water-packed tuna; drained and flaked
2 tb Diced celery
2 tb Chopped red bell pepper or pimiento
2 tb Chopped green bell pepper
2 tb Chopped onion
1 Hard cooked egg; chopped
2 tb Chopped dill pickle
1/4 c Russian dressing
2 tb Mayonnaise
Salt & ground black pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves; washed and dried
Chopped peanuts; (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine tuna, celery, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, egg,
pickle, Russian dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; stir well. Serve on
lettuce leaves and sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top, if desired.
NOTE: Can be made in larger quantities to take to church socials, etc.
