INSTRUCTIONS
1. Grate the onions 2. Put the tomatoes in hot water . After 10 minutes
take off the skin and chop 3. Cut the paneer into small pieces and deep fry
in ghee. 4. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the onions for a few minutes 5.
Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1/2 minute. 6. Add the chopped
tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli powder, Garam Masala
and salt. Fry for at-least 3 to 4 minutes. 7. Add the boiled vegetables,
milk, cream and fried paneer pieces 8. Cook for a few minutes
* Serve hot decorated with silver foil.
