INGREDIENTS

2 sl Bacon
2 tb Chopped onion
2 c Cooked Navy Beans with liquid; (recipe for this follows)
1/4 c Finely chopped celery leaves
1 1/2 Milk
1 1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut bacon into small pieces and pan-fry with the onion until the bacon is
slightly brown. Add the beans and liquid and mash. Add remaining
ingredients, SIMMER 10 minutes. Serve at once. 4 servings
