INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugars, butter, vanilla. Beat in eggs
one at a time. Add flour, powder, salt and mix well. Stir in chocolate
chips. Grease 13x9x2 pan. Bake 30-35 minutes.
