New England Clam Chowder

INGREDIENTS

5 sl Bacon; chopped fine, (up to 6)
1 md Onions; chopped, (up to 2)
4 md Potatoes; peeled, and cubed
1 cn Whole kernel corn
2 cn Creamed corn
2 cn Evaporated milk; depending on how chunky you want your chowder!, (up to 3)
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute bacon and onion in soup pot, add potatoes, and just cover with water.
Cover, bring to a boil, cook til potatoes are done. Add corn and evaporated
milk. Salt and pepper to taste!
By substituting clams, fish, or seafood, you can make any style of chowder
with this recipe!
