INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Pure maple syrup
1/2 c Dried cranberries; chopped
1/3 c Walnuts; toasted lightly and
; chopped
1 pt Super-premium vanilla or coffee ice cream

INSTRUCTIONS

In a saucepan, simmer maple syrup 5 minutes and stir in cranberries and
walnuts. Remove pan from heat and let sauce cool. Scoop ice cream into 4
sundae dishes and spoon sauce over it.
