We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

People disappoint. God doesn't.

Our hopelessness and our helplessness are no barrier to (God’s) work. Indeed our utter incapacity is often the prop He delights to use for His next act… We are facing one of the principles of Yahweh’s modus operandi. When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Once we see where God often begins we will understand how we may be encouraged.

These recipes were sent to me by a friend in Albuquerque. A close relative
to the Tequila Sunrise. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until
smooth. Serve in chilled in 8 oz. glasses garnished with slices of lime.
Makes 2 to 3 drinks. (Make it rich with a half of shot of cream when
blending, oooh it's so good. I also prefer to drizzle the grenadine in
after blending rather than blend it with the mixture. Makes a pretty
sight.)
