INGREDIENTS

2 Egg whites
2/3 c Sugar
1 c Nuts; (optional), chopped fine
1 c Chocolate chips; (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually,
fold in nuts and chips. Drop by teaspoon on to foil lined cookie sheets.
Put in oven , close door and turn off oven. Leave all night , DO NOT PEEK
IN OVEN OR OPEN THE DOOR!. You can freeze unbaked dough for up to nine
months or baked cookies for up to six months.
