INGREDIENTS

2 lb Ground beef or cubed lean
stew beef
1 8 oz tomato sauce
1 6 oz tomato paste
1 16 oz stewed tomatoes
optional
2 T Chili powder
1 1/2 t Salt
1 t Hot pepper sauce, or more

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10
hours. (Add a can of your favorite beans if you wish. ) Serves 4 to 6.
