INGREDIENTS

2 c Half-and-half
3 T Instant coffee crystals
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 T Vanilla extract
4 c Heavy cream

Chocolate covered espresso
beans
Mint sprigs

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl combine the half and half, coffee crystals, sugar, and
vanilla extract. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the heavy cream.
Freeze according to manufacturers directions. Garnish with coffee
beans and mint. This recipe yields about 2 quarts of ice cream.  Recipe
