No-fail Pie Crust

INGREDIENTS

2 c Flour
1 c Crisco, cut in 8-10 pieces
1 ds Salt
1 Whole egg
1 T Vinegar
2 T Water

INSTRUCTIONS

In large Tupperware Bowl ( with tight fitting lid) place flour,  crisco
and salt. Set aside.  In Quick Shake (or tightly covered
container)shake egg, vinegar and  water. Pour into bowl with
flour,shortning and salt. Place lid on  bowl, shake up and down until
you hear a "thud". about 1 minute. Turn  dough on lightly floured
pastry sheet, knead 5-6 times. Divide dough  into 1/2, roll out for

on lightly floured surface,  moisten with a small amount of milk.
Sprinkle with sugar and  cinnamon. Bake in 375* oven 5-10 minutes until
golden brown.  Makes a great snack. (This trick is learned from my
mother - not  tupperware)
