INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Sugar
5 Eggs
1/2 Cocoa
1 c Sifted potato starch, very
important to sift
1 c Ground nuts, either
walnuts or hazelnuts are
good
1/2 c Oil
1 t Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs and sugar until light in color and thick in texture. Fold  in
nuts and potato starch. Combine remaining ingredients Pour in  lightly
oiled 13x 9 baking pan and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.  Posted to
