INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Sugar
5 Eggs
1/2 Cocoa
1 c Sifted potato starch; ( very important to sift )
1 c Ground nuts; ( either walnuts or hazelnuts are good )
1/2 c Oil
1 ts Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs and sugar until light in color and thick in texture. Fold in nuts
and potato starch. Combine remaining ingredients Pour in lightly oiled 13x
9 baking pan and bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
