No Guilt Mud Pie – Butter Busters

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Crushed SnackWell's Graham
Snacks, fatfree
3 tb Powdered sugar OR
1 1/2 tb Powdered sugar AND
1 1/2 pk Sweet 'n Low
1/2 c Nestles Quik or
Sugarfree Nestles Quik
1/4 c Liquid Butter Buds
1 qt Nonfat vanilla frozen
Yogurt, softened
1/2 Jar nonfat fudge topping
(Braum's or Smucker's)
1 pk (1.3oz) Dream Whip
1/2 c Cold skim milk
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 tb Grape Nuts Cereal

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend craacker crumbs,, sugar, Quik and Butter buds. Press into a deep dish
pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour softened yogurt into the
crust and place in freezer until hardened. Spread with fudge topping and
place back in freezer for 30 minutes. Prepare Dream Whip as directed using
skim milk and vanilla. Spoon on top and sprinkle with Grape Nuts. Place in
freezer until ready to serve. You may take out of the freezer about 10
minutes before so it will be easier to cut.
Variation: You can add 1/4 cup of your favorite liqueur to the soft frozen
yogurt before you spread it over the crust.  Some examples would be Kahlua,
green Creme de Menthe or Amaretto.
Per sugar serving: 248 cal., 0.7g fat (3%), 0mg chol., 0g fiber, 7g pro.,
48 g  carb., 223 mg sod.
Per S&L serving: 218 cal., 41g carb.
