INSTRUCTIONS
Combine eggs, oil, sugar, & vanilla. Add flour, salt, cinnamon, & baking
soda. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 13x9 pan
for 1 hour. Let cool then serve!
