| 1 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 | ds | Tabasco |
| 1 | c | Water |
| 1/4 | c | Vinegar |
| 1 | ts | Sugar or 2 packets of equal |
| 1 | ts | Celery seed |
| 1 | ts | Dried onion |
| 1/4 | ts | Liquid smoke |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling, then simmer 30 minutes. Optional: add a squeeze or two of lime juice.
