Noodle – Onion Kugel

INGREDIENTS

1 pk No yolk noodles (or egg noodles)
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil
2 Whole eggs
4 Egg whites
1 md Onion, peeled and cut

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute the onion in small amount of oil, until browned. Boil noodles
according to package directions. Add salt, pepper, and onions to noodles,
mix well. Add a little oil, if desired. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and
egg whites. Add to noodle mixture. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased pan (or
spray with non-stick spray) until golden brown.
