INGREDIENTS

4 Pork steaks
Salt and pepper
14 1/2 oz Can hominy, drained
1 Onino, chopped
4 oz Can diced green chili
peppers drained
1 t Chili powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Trim fat off pork steaks; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine
hominy with onion, chili peppers, and chili powder in bottom of
slow-cooking pot. Arrange pork steaks over hominy. Cover and cook on
