INGREDIENTS

2 lb Hamburger meat
1 md Onion; chopped
4 oz Stuffed olives
1 cn Mushroom soup
1 1/2 Soup cans of milk
8 oz Noodles; boiled in salted water
1/2 lb Cheese; grated
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
Mixed salted nuts; chopped
Chow mein noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

TOPPING
Brown hamburger meat, salt, pepper and onions until cooked. Drain noodles
well after cooking. Combine meat mixture, soup, milk, olives, noodles and
cheese. Place in buttered baking dish; bake in 350 degree oven for 30
minutes. Then cover dish with chow mein noodles and nuts; bake another 30
minutes. This recipe can be baked through the first baking, frozen. When
needed it can be thawed out, topped with noodles and baked again.
