Oat-bran Raisin Muffins

INGREDIENTS

2 1/4 c Oat bran
1/4 c Brown sugar
2 t Baking powder
1 1/2 t Ground ginger
1/4 t Black pepper
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Walnuts OR raisins OR other
Fruit or nuts
Egg equivalent
1/4 c Honey
3/4 c Warm skim milk or non-dairy
Equivalent

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls.  Combine and let set 10
minutes.  Pour into lightly greased/pammed muffin tins. Bake at 375
degrees 15 minutes or until lightly browned.  I originally got these
recipes off the net back in 1991;  unfortunately I lost the
