Cream shortening and sugar; stir in eggs. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon,
soda, baking powder; add to mix along with milk. Add oatmeal. Drop onto
cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Fill with icing in
center or two cookies.
