INGREDIENTS

2/3 c Margarine
4 c Uncooked oatmeal
1 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Light corn syrup
3 ts Vanilla
6 oz Chocolate chips
2/3 c Peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream margarine; stir in oats, syrup, brown sugar and vanilla. Spread in 9
x 13-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (no longer);
cool. In saucepan melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Spread over
cooled bars and refrigerate for a few hours to cool chocolate. Cut into
bars with a pizza cutter. Makes two dozen. Hint: Use pizza cutter to cut
any cookie bars.
