Old-fashioned Coconut Oatmeal Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 c Butter
1 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 c Flour
1 c Old mill oates
1/4 c Wheat germ
3/4 c Coconut
1 t Baking powder
1 t Baking soda
1 1/2 c Chocolate chips or raisins

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter, sugars and egg together thoroughly.  Add flour, oats,
wheat germ, coconut, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well. Stir in
raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Flatten slightly with floured fork.  Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15
minutes or until golden. Makes about 3 dozen.  From Gemini's MASSIVE
