Old-fashioned Oatmeal Pie

INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Honey
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 c Quick cooking oats
3/4 c Coconut
3/4 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1/2 c Currants
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1 Pie, 9 inch shell
Whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS

from the local Herald  Combine all ingredients except pie shell and
whipped cream. Mix well.  Pour into pie shell. Bake 350 for about 40-45
minutes or until  filling browns and knife inserted in middle comes out
clean. Cool.  Top with whipped cream and serve.  Posted to
