Old-fashioned Salisbury Steak With Gravy

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean ground beef
1/3 c Onion, minced
1/4 c Saltine cracker crumbs
1 Egg white, slightly beaten
2 T Milk
1/2 T Horseradish
1/4 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
1 Jar, 12-oz prepared brown
beef gravy
4 oz Mushrooms, cut in 1/4"
slices
2 T Water

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl, combine ground beef with onion, cracker crumbs, egg
white, milk, horseradish, salt and pepper. Shape into four 1/2" thick
oval patties.  Heat a large non-stick skillet at med until hot.  Place
patties in skillet; cook 7 - 8 min or until no longer pink and  juices
run clear, turning once.  Remove from skillet; keep warm.    Add gravy
ingredients to same skillet.  Cook over medium heat 3 - 4  min or until
