Olde Settler’s Baked Beans

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Ground beef
1/2 lb Chopped bacon
1 md Onion
1/3 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Ketchup
1/4 c Barbecue sauce
1 tb Prepared mustard
1/2 ts Pepper
1/3 c White sugar
1/2 ts Chili powder
1 ts Salt
1 Red kidney beans; (12 or 14 oz.)
1 Butter beans; (12 or 14 oz.)
1 Pork and beans; (12 oz 14 oz.)

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown ground beef with chopped bacon and onion. In large bowl mix the brown
sugar, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, pepper, white sugar, chili powder
and salt. Mix well and stir in meat mixture. Next add kidney beans, butter
beans and pork and beans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12. Can
also cook in crock-pot 2 to 3 hours on high and then low.
