Olive and Anchovy Bites

INGREDIENTS

1 c All-purpose Flour
1/2 c Chilled butter
1 c Grated cheese (any kind)
2 oz Chopped Anchovy Fillets
1/3 c Chopped black olives
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Place flour, butter, cheese, anchovies, olives, and cayenne in a food
processor and mix until forms a firm dough.
2.  Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes.
3.  Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.  Roll out dough on lightly floured
surface.
4.  Cut dough into 2 inch strips.  Cut strips diagonally to make small
triangles.  Bake 8-10 minutes on baking sheets.  Cool.
May keep in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
