INGREDIENTS

1 c Water
1/2 c Oatmeal
1/4 t Salt
1 T Canola margarine

INSTRUCTIONS

Put ingredients in microwaveable bowl, large enough to allow oatmeal
to boil, stir to mix. Cook on HIGH for four minutes, using the
turntable. Let stand a few minutes to finish cooking. Serve with
butter or sugar and milk.  NOTE: Fill the bowl with cold water promptly
after eating the oatmeal  so it will be easy to wash.  Posted to
