Onion Cheese Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 c Onion; chopped
3 c Biscuit mix
4 tb Butter or margarine
1 1/2 c Grated cheese (your choice)
2 Eggs; well beaten
1 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

When I originally typed this recipe I neglected to put in the 1 cup milk.
Here is the correct recipe from the cookbook "What's Cookin'"
Cook onion in 2 T butter or margarine. Set aside. Combine eggs, milk and
biscuit mix. Stir until blended. Add onion and 1 C cheese. Spread dough in
a small greased bundt pan. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and 2 T
melted butter or margarine.
Bake at 400F for 30-40 minutes or until done. Serve warm.
